The last 5 days of our vacation was spent in Melbourne. Everything was packed till the last minute except for a stuff toy due to limited hands to carry.
Yup, it's this very pony from 'My Little Pony'.

Us playing with the kids instead of talking with the aunts and uncles there.
She drew my bloody sis
Cute right????
Natalie, 5 yrs old. She already has this Aussie slang which made me kinda scared of her. Her english I think is better than mine! What fuck.
Emelie, 2 yrs old
So lucky to hug them
Took without her knowing it. See, here looks so much cuter than the rest. This proved that she's not photogenic after all

Taking a photo with the observation wheel behind
Can fit about 20 ppl per cabin and it's worth AUD25 each.

9.15pm fireworks for the kids. We were seeing this from our hotel. The building on the most left is Telstra Dome, where they had a party with white dress code. The residents beside, above, and below our room of hotel were all wearing white. They were shouting and throwing water bottles to the people below, also in white who were walking to the stadium. It was... scary!
Night view
Went to Docklands instead of Federation Square for the new year countdown
Their fireworks are the second best I've seen so far.

Overall, the entire trip was great since I was able to go different states all in 3 weeks. It was much more fun this time than my previous Melbourne trip in 2007 and we took DAMN MANY PHOTOS.. One thing for sure, my dad's wallet was getting lighter each time my sister bring me go SHOPPING!. I learned quite a lot about Aussie after visiting their Museum in Adelaide. You must be thinking, "Har, go to museum? Eww, so boring". That was what I was thinking as well. But it turned out to be really fruitful. I love reading, well mostly seeing the displays about aborigines and all. Then, being able to know and drink different types of coffee. My dad's friend is a coffee freak and we spent quite a lot of time with him in Adelaide.
There were of course many downsides as well. For instance, both of my parents argued a lot over little things by giving each other their own statements. Not being able to pluck cherries in Adelaide due to the rain recently. The weather in Melbourne was erratic. It could be extremely cold in one day and the next day it could be warm and all. The worse thing was, our flight got delayed for 15 freaking hours! Imagine the hell I had been through, sitting in the airport with nothing but my novel and my phone. We were supposed to reach on the 1st of Jan but ended up on the 2nd. We reached the airport really early, say... bout 9.30 pm for our 12.30pm flight. The person in charged told us our flight would be delayed until 3am but complimentary vouchers of AUD10 each would be given. So much for a happy ending.
