A Package for Me

When I came back from the dentist appointment, I found a package waiting for me! My dad was so considerate for waiting patiently for me and my bro to come back to open the package together. Lol. We were supposed to wait for my bro, but we couldn't because I had to go out in the evening. We couldn't do it the next day too because of me. Awww... It's so pretty. Even the box. Wtf. This news may not be really huge or something but for our family, it is pretty much.a.big.thing.

Guess what this is?

So cool right? My beloved, first ever laptop which I have ever owned! I chose red because I don't want to be the same as others. Not that the rest of the colours are ugly, but red for me is much more striking and you don't see that many red laptops in public right?

So, it is now placed on Dell Box, on the floor, without even a table or a chair to go with because there's no room for extra in my house. And you know why? Scroll down if you wish to.

We have our main computer, which we call it, 'The House Computer'. This is where all our documents and folders are kept. I'm using it to type this post now.

Next, my brother's computer. He doesn't need a high quality speaker because most of the time, my sister or I would be the one playing our music.

And lastly, my sister's computer...which also set on the floor.

Now you can guess why this news is BIG? Well, it's big for me because my dad suddenly came to his senses to actually order the laptop online for Christmas promotion on the last night. You heard me? He ordered around 11pm plus because there are few extra free upgrades if you order them before 5th January, which is like 3 days after we reached home from Aussie.

Desktops although are much stable and faster, they can't beat the weight of laptops. Meaning my dad doesn't need to carry that many boxes like how he used to for my eldest sister, brother and my second sister. You see, we need a box for the LCD, monitor, keyboard and mouse and speaker in one, and a scanner. A computer itself need so many boxes, what about the rest of the luggages? And they are extremely heavy to move around. I'm happy for my dad actually. The weight would lessen the burden for my dad. So you see? We now have 4 computers at home. And, they are always turned on!

What I like about going to Aussie is having to have my own things, things which I can call them MINE. For instance, MY own brand new laptop, MY own camera, MY own baby pillow, MY own accessories and MY own clothes. I don't need to share them no more.

So here's the specs for my laptop. Click to enlarge, that if you want.

I didn't get the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and the 3GB RAM, but I don't mind. I'm still happy with mine =)
